Ordering methods

TheOnLinePharmacy.gr offers you the following ways to place your order.

1. Through our website You can browse our website or use the search engine to find the product you are interested in. When you have collected the products you want in your Shopping Cart, click on “Complete Order”. You will then be asked to choose a payment method in the secure environment of our website. After completing your order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and you will receive another notification when it is shipped.

2. Telephone You can place your order by phone at (0030) 23210-96829 during business hours and days.

3. E-mail You can send your order by e-mail to info@theonlinepharmacy.gr After completing the order and if you have provided an email address, you will receive an order confirmation email. Products that are available are shipped after 2-3 business days by courier. For some remote areas or during periods of major offers and discounts, the delivery time may be longer. Products that are not immediately available are shipped as soon as they become available. Deliveries are made on business days between 10:00 - 18:00. Order Cancellation: is only accepted before the order is sent via our website, by telephone or by e-mail. If the cancellation is made after the shipment has started, then you will be charged the shipping costs. If you have deposited the amount into a bank account or paid via credit card, after canceling the order you will need to contact us to provide us with your bank account details so that the amount can be refunded to you, minus bank charges. Your refund will be made within 30 days.
