Instructions for use

Children: 1 - 2 sprays in each nostril 3 -4 times a day.

Adults: 2 - 3 sprays in each nostril 3 -4 times a day.

  1. When using for the first time, spray once to activate the system.
  2. Carefully insert the nozzle into the nostril, bringing it almost to a vertical position.
  3. Press the nozzle briefly to create micro-diffusion and expel mucus from the other nostril.
  4. Let the excess solution drain out and then blow your nose.
  5. Wipe with soft paper and clean the nozzle with warm water and soap, rinse and dry.
