USE
For use on the body: Gently massage all over the body on dry or damp skin.
For use on hair: Massage into dry or damp hair, leave for 15-20 minutes, shampoo and then rinse. Alternatively, apply a small amount to the ends of the hair after shampooing. No rinsing is necessary in this case.
