Aquilea Sueno Compact is an innovative two-layer tablet, specially designed to release its ingredients at the right time. The first layer is released quickly, helping to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, while the second layer is released gradually throughout the night.

The first layer, which is rapidly released, contains Melatonin. Melatonin is a substance that our body produces naturally and has a very important role in the onset of our sleep. Taking 1mg of Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes someone to fall asleep.

The second layer, which is released with a delay, contains Valerian, Passionflower and California Poppy extracts that contribute to a restful sleep.

Valerian and Passionflower are plants that help us sleep, while California Poppy contributes to relaxation.

How to use

You take one tablet half an hour before going to bed.
