Genecom Electrolytes is an oral solution of electrolytes and dextrose for hydration of the body. The administration of electrolytes such as potassium and sodium helps to restore their lost amounts from the body and restore the acid-base balance. Dextrose facilitates the absorption of sodium ions and water.

It can be administered in all cases where restoration and/or maintenance of fluids and electrolytes is needed, such as:

Instructions for use For children under 2 years of age:

Take 1 sachet dissolved in 50 to 100ml after each bowel movement. For children over 2 years old: Take 1 sachet dissolved in 100 to 200ml after each bowel movement. Give the fluids with electrolytes continuously in small sips. In case the child vomits, wait for a period of 10 minutes and then give the fluids with electrolytes, in small sips and with a short break between swallows.

Recommended daily dose for adults: Take 1 sachet per day dissolved in 1 to 2 liters of water.
